I have a big box of the 1950s paper fans that have flaws -
usually that the intricate folds have a bit missing, or they don't open quite right, or the printing is off.
A good example is the bottom fan in the photo.
But, en masse, layered over eachother, they would still make an exuberant display, especially if interspersed wit ha set of the good ones.
